This policy explains how JRB Concreting & Excavation collects and uses personal information through this website.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, email, phone number, project location, project details and any photos or plans you upload. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and record your consent.

We also record how you found our website (for example the search or ad you clicked) so we can understand which marketing works. With your consent, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta use cookies to measure visits and ad performance.

How we use it

We use your enquiry details to contact you, prepare a quote and carry out the work. We only send marketing emails if you have opted in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Quote enquiries are kept separate from the newsletter unless you tick the newsletter box.

Storage and security

Your information is stored securely with our service providers (Supabase for our database, Resend for email delivery and Brevo for newsletters). Only authorised JRB staff can access enquiries. We don’t sell your information.
