Good concrete starts below the surface. JRB prepares the base, sets the formwork and steel, then pours and finishes the concrete with the same crew, so nothing is lost between trades.

New and replacement driveways in plain, coloured or exposed aggregate finishes, with crossovers and control joints set out properly.
Exposed aggregate
Washed exposed aggregate that shows the stone in the mix. Hard-wearing, slip-resistant and good-looking for years.

Side paths, garden paths and access around the house, graded to shed water away from the slab.
Floating steps & entries
Floating step treads and entry landings that give the front of the home a clean, modern finish.

It depends on the area, the site access, how much digging and base preparation is needed, and the finish you choose. We quote each job after looking at the site, so send us your details and some photos and we'll be in touch.
Which finish should I choose?+
Exposed aggregate is popular for driveways because it is hard-wearing and hides marks well. Plain and charcoal finishes suit a clean modern look. We can show you examples from our past jobs.
Do you prepare the site as well?+
Yes. JRB also does excavation, so we can dig out, level and compact the base before we pour.
When can I drive on my new driveway?+
